Delivery Service
Trade Beds & Bunks offers a 7 day-a-week delivery service between 6am and 10pm to suit the needs of the customer, and if you place an order before 3pm we can deliver stock items on the same day (Same day delivery only applies to the Yorkshire, Humberside and Lancashire).

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Many items are kept in stock, however there are occasions that items sell out and we have to wait for new deliveries. Also some ranges of furniture are ordered and/or personalised to order and so can not possibly be delivered straight away. In any such circumstances we will contact you and notify you of the delivery time expected.

We offer a same day delivery service for items in stock within Yorkshire, Humberside and Lancashire. Same day delivery MUST be requested when ordering.

For all other deliveries nationwide our delivery times are between 7 and 21 days.

Delivery Cost
Here at Trade Beds & Bunks we like to keep it simple, so in keeping with this our delivery charge is a one off fee of £20 That's the exact same charge nationwide!

Unfortunately due to ferry and insurance costs we regret to inform customers that we can only deliver orders to MAINLAND UK ONLY

Bed Disposal Service
We at Trade Price Beds offer an old bed disposal service, where we will take away your old bed when you purchase a bed from us saving you the headache and pain of disposing of your old bed. Please contact us on 0800 734 1431 to arrange a disposal.

Payment Options
Trade Beds & Bunks are able to accept payments with all major credit cards, using PayPal. This is a secure transaction with the PayPal site which you will be automatically directed to upon confirmation of your order and details. PayPal are run by the eBay auction site company so as you can see the company is one of the highest standards.

Customers can also pay via cheque. Upon confirmation of your order you will be given the payment details and address to forward the cheque to. As soon as we have received your cheque and it has cleared we will dispatch your goods to delivery.

Also available, to customers living with Yorkshire, Humberside or Lancashire, is the option for a Cash on Delivery service. This means you simply give us your details and pay our specialist drivers the money upon receipt of your goods. Please note this is ONLY AVAILABLE to people within Yorkshire, Humberside and Lancashire.

Delivery Bookings
Trade Beds & Bunks operates a policy where if you order a bed before 3pm, it will be delivered the same day if the item is in our warehouse (Applies to Yorkshire area only). If the item is not available we will contact you with options for delivery and you simply pick the option that best suits your needs.

Seen A Better Deal?
Trade Beds and Bunks is a Manufacturer and Import of our own beds and as such can offer you some fantastic deals. If you have seen any of our beds at a better price.. Returns
If you have purchase an item and the wrong item has been delivered, please call the branch where the item was purchased and one of our customer service representatives will amend the error and book the earliest delivery appointment to rectify the mistake. If you purchased a bed from Trade Price Beds and it is faulty in some way please contact the branch where it was purchased and one of our customer service representatives will arrange for and exchange.
